This is the February issue of the TOP-Magazin. This one comes from Kaisersoft
and not from the TOP-Crew like all previous releases.
After 3.5 years the TOP-Crew decided to pass on the magazine to some new
publishers. At least 3 different parties wanted to take it over, after an
announcement made by the TOP-Crew by the end of 1993.

Kaisersoft has been chosen as the most suitable follower to the TOP-Crew.
The February 1994 issue is the first one by Kaisersoft, the January issue
hasn't been released at all.

(top9402b.arc) as always brings you some software. This time you'll find
a well made ARCANOID-Clone, the "8 Player - demo" (also available elsewhere
on a.a.u.e.), as always the "Compy-Shop Text Editor" and more.
