The secret to winning the game is not in beating the clock. Being 
spotted by the satellite doesn't seem to have any effect. The real 
trick in winning is not to take more than a total of 173 steps from 
the start of the game to the finish at Washington. Always set the 
time zone the same each time you play, otherwise the spies will not 
accept the same thing each time.
