It has 5 children's number games, pick the game by hitting Z.
I have the box and keyboard overlay.  The overlay is sorta
useless, doesn't fit well.  And docs. The box comes with
Atari cart and flippy disk for C=64/128 and Atari.

The Keys are:
X=Play a game
Z=Select game screen and select game
Left arrow (+)=Go, or pick the correct number
Up arrow (-)=Start, do something
S=pause/resume game
1-9 keys for making your answers.
It doesn't use a joystick, just the above keys.
