Hi, I am ATARI Falcon030 (powered by CENTurbo2) user and this my small web site is dedicated to Atari community.
On this pages you can find some tools for CENTurbo2 - Falcon speed card, and
some usefull software.
Check my links, it's including my favorite.
And you can read some news about Atari (scene, software, etc.), too.
My favourite OS on Atari is FreeMiNT, this is stable and nice unix clone.
Atari computers with FreeMiNT,
N.AES and Thing desktop together, are comfortable computers,
with perfect OS. This is the reason why, I am still staying Atari.:-) On
www.freemint.de> you can find almost software,
running under MiNT. Like MiNTNet, internet software, serial drivers, new
kernels of FreeMiNT,distributions of MiNTOS (KGMD, SpareMiNT,
DebianMiNT), you can, of course, download or see the links for all the
software presented on that page.
- You can see Frank Naumann's homepage for download new FreeMiNT 1.15.9b !
- Check Cream homepage for their new multiplayer JAM 1.0, JAM supports SND, PSID, Pokey, Amiga
formats, MOD, etc...
* See D.H.S. page for downloading lot of songs for JAM. About 40MB !!!
- See Joy homepage for Clocky3 - new generation, current version is 3.10b.
- Free e-mail with atari.net subdomain - see www.atari.net for
registration free e-mail.
- Centek homepage is closed, so R.Czuba has been opened a new site:
www.czuba-tech.com
- R.Czuba needs for realization of making CT60 an interest of a 100 people. Till now he has over
100 people who wants to own CT60.
- R.Czuba is asking CT60 buyers which version of CPU they want to have. If they want cheaper
version CPU without FPU and PMMU, or
more expensive with FPU and PMMU. If you want to use Linux or MP3 encode or decode software, or
FreeMiNT (in future will be PMMU version
maybe !) you must have a FPU and PMMU version.
- New Aniplayer (2.14) supports sound in MPEG movies. DSP is used for decomp. of sound. And
WinRec (*.dvs) file format supported ...
Check the Aniplayer site.
- New version of Universum (0.60) - lof of changes. Space prog which use SAO.DAT (55MB) where
is included all the known space. SAO.DAT is
generated by NASA.
- Look at X11.freemint.de for a X-server for a GEM for Atari
computers (and clones) with FreeMiNT, N.AES,
10 MB of RAM.
Atari Falcon030/CT63@66MHz running FreeMiNT+N.AES+Thing. (sold..)
